TNEFs Enough overview
TNEF's Enough allows Macs to read and extract files from Microsoft TNEF stream files. The files are usually received via email from Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook users. You will usually receive an attachment named "winmail.dat." If someone has even sent you a message or file and all you have received is a "winmail.dat" file then you need TNEF's Enough to open it and extract the embedded file.

I've used this for years, it's a great solution for the dreaded winmail.dat attachment. The whopping price of free you can't beat it, but consider a donation to the Dev too.
All you need to do is to associate the winmail.dat file with TNEFs Enough once. Just drag to your desktop, right click and click Get Info. Then change the Open with option and hit change all. After that if you see that ugly Microsoft winmail.dat attachment just double click on it and you're good to go.

Tried to open three different 'Winmail.dat' files. Each of them gives a similar result, like this: https://i.imgur.com/26zyhSa.png (Could not be opened...)
